Here’s a short list of important improvements:
Live Call Routing Voicemails – Added the option to directly leave a message instead of automatically forwarding the call.
Weekly Schedule Notifications – Sometimes separate teams want to know what the on-call schedule looks like for the upcoming week. Now, individual Groups can set specific times for schedule reminders to be emailed to team members. Previously, this was available organization-wide only. This functionality is now available on the Groups and Schedules page instead of Account Settings page.
Mobile App Update – SAML login improvements.
