Perpetual Field Update

AlertOps has released functionality to update fields on every incoming message update. Whenever an inbound message from a source tool (Monitoring, Ticketing, etc) is Mapped within AlertOps for an existing alert, any updates made to field values will be reflected in AlertOps.

This is helpful, as workflows can be build off of any field updates. For example, if you’d want to immediately notify management when a ticket priority is escalated from its starting values, these playbook scenarios are easily accommodated with
