AlertOps Product Updates for June

We’re excited to introduce several new features and improvements designed to enhance your AlertOps experience.

1. Enhanced API Integration Management

We’re improving API integration management to prevent accidental toggling. Now, turning an integration on or off must be done explicitly from within the integration itself. This change minimizes user errors and ensures your schedules remain uninterrupted.

2. Default Reply Rule for Escalation Policies

Escalation policies without an explicit reply rule will now automatically use the system default. A label in the communications tab will indicate when the default rule is applied, ensuring your escalation policies always have a reply rule in place.

3. Custom Access for Escalation Policies

Introducing custom access for escalation policies! Set up templates and allow other admins view-only permissions without editing rights. This provides better security and control over your escalation policies.

4. Alert Assignment Report Export Bug Fix

We’ve fixed a bug in the alert assignment report export functionality. Users will now experience accurate and reliable exports, ensuring your reports display data correctly.

5. Sort Option in Messages Section of Alerts

A new sort option in the messages section of alerts allows you to sort messages by descending or ascending order. This enhancement helps you quickly find the most recent or earliest communications, improving workflow efficiency.

These updates enhance your AlertOps experience by improving functionality and usability. Stay tuned for more improvements!
